Kin insurance, We focus on homeowners insurance based in areas impacted by climate change. All the other insurance carriers are pulling out. We're going in to help those people.

Last winter, SHI reached out to me, Jake from SHI reached out to me and SHI and Jake wowed us. The main reason we switched from our previous vendor was response times and responsiveness. And since working with Jake and with SHI, the response time is amazing. It's same day if not within an hour that Jake is responding to us and it's been wonderful. And then of course it comes down to cost too.

One of our main goals at Kin is to reduce employee cost and so we can spend money on better things like hiring great people. And when I reached out to Jake, he gave us some great pricing on laptops very similar to what we were using and immediately off the bat I could reduce costs significantly.

Jake sent us several different laptops that we were able to send out to the field to our sales folks for them to really stress test, be on the phone, do their jobs, and see which ones work best for our teams.

Being able to turn to Jake and SHI for anything gives me a sense of calm and peace, and that I don't need to get 10 different quotes from 10 different places to make sure that I'm getting what the organization needs and I'm getting the best prices for the organization.
