SHI surpasses $16 billion in sales and expands AI capabilities through strategic investment in NStarX

SOMERSET, N.J. — Oct. 14, 2025 — SHI International today announced that it has achieved $16 billion in rolling 12-month gross sales, underscoring the company’s continued growth and relevance in a rapidly evolving technology landscape. This milestone reflects the trust of SHI’s customers, the strength of its global partner ecosystem, and investments in both expertise and resources.

Over the past two years, SHI has significantly enhanced the value it brings to customers through three strategic acquisitions: orchestration-as-a-service vendor, Moot Inc., attack surface management vendor, Vector0, and offshore digital services and 24/7 support organization, Locuz. These investments have enhanced SHI’s ability to deliver the solutions customers need to modernize, secure, and scale their businesses.

Further to these three acquisitions, SHI is today announcing a new strategic investment in NStarX, further strengthening SHI’s commitment to being at the forefront of AI solution development and delivery.

“AI is unlocking possibilities we could only imagine a few years ago,” said Thai Lee, SHI President and CEO. “At SHI, our mission is to ensure customers don’t just keep up with this transformation—they lead it. By providing the tools, expertise, and partnerships to innovate with confidence, we are helping organizations turn bold ideas into real outcomes. I am proud of how far we’ve come, and even more excited about the future we are building together with our customers.”

Through the company’s engagement with AI engineering and data science consultancy, NStarX, customers of SHI’s AI & Cyber Labs also have access to NStarX’s 100+ data scientists, enabling true end-to-end delivery of AI programs.

SHI also opened the doors to its New Jersey-based AI & Cyber Labs earlier in 2025, which not only showcases the latest in AI and data center technologies but also provides customers with a secure environment to take AI use cases from ideation to production. With ongoing investments in AI, data center, cybersecurity and end user computing solutions, SHI is demonstrating its commitment to empowering organizations to innovate faster, operate smarter, and achieve more with the intelligent use of technology.
