Effective from 01 April 2020, all business transacted with SHI in the European Economic Area (EEA) and Switzerland will be done through SHI Global IT Solutions Ireland Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of SHI. All business transacted with SHI in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland (United Kingdom) will be done through SHI Corporation UK Limited, also a wholly owned subsidiary of SHI. The Ireland entity will take over the invoicing, accounting, purchasing and sales support of the business relationship we have with your organization in the EEA and Switzerland. The UK entity will continue to support invoicing, accounting, purchasing and sales support of existing the business relationship we have with your organization in the United Kingdom.
Contacts supported by SHI in the EEA, Switzerland, and United Kingdom are asked to set up and/or update our entities in your systems and begin transacting with the two entities as specified above. As both subsidiaries are wholly owned by SHI International Corp, all existing agreements you have with any of the SHI entities remain in force with the Irish and UK entities. There will not be any changes to your existing SHI point of contacts for quotes, purchasing, and accounting. All email addresses and telephone numbers will remain the same.
