At SHI, we are dedicated to environmental sustainability, and we have set ambitious goals to reduce our carbon footprint. Our primary objective is to achieve net-zero carbon emissions by 2050. To make significant progress towards this goal and particularly targeting scope 2 emissions, we are focusing on increasing our onsite solar energy generation by 33% before 2025, building upon a baseline year of 2022. Furthermore, we are committed to transitioning to 100% renewable energy across all our locations by 2030.
These initiatives underscore our firm belief in the importance of environmental stewardship and our commitment to creating a more sustainable future for generations to come.
We’ve established a dedicated stakeholder group and ESG Project Management Office to set our guiding principles and support our goals. These teams influence our strategy and actions with full oversight from our Audit Committee.
Our ESG Platform enables seamless data collection from internal and external sources, providing governance and rigor to our review process while ensuring the integrity of our reporting.

- Recycled over 315 tons of cardboard.
- Generated over 3M kWh from our 7,000 solar panels.
- Reduced our CO2 emissions by over 100 metric tons.
